Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return provided the following conditions are met:
- •The return request is initiated within 30 days from the date your order was shipped
- •Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- •All original tags, labels, and packaging components are intact
- •The return is initiated from the same region in which the purchase was made
How to Request a Return
Online Orders
If you placed your order online:
Registered customers can initiate a return directly from the My Purchases under Quick Links in the website footer section.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive further instructions by email.
Return Methods
Home Collection
We offer a convenient home pickup service for eligible returns.
- •A return collection fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund
- •A courier partner will collect the package from your selected address, typically within 24–48 hours from time of refund request raised.
- •No return label printing is required — the courier will carry the label
- •A purchase receipt is not required
- •This option is available for online purchases only.
Preparing your Return Package
- •You may use the original packaging or any secure alternative packaging
- •The package must be properly sealed to prevent loss or damage
- •You do not need to write a shipping address on the package
- •A printed invoice or receipt is not mandatory
Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note:
- •Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider
- •Shipping charges and Re-shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated and have to be borne by the customer.
- •Return collection charges & other shipping charges applicable will be deducted from the refundable amount
Special Cases & Exceptions
Certain products or promotional purchases may be subject to special return conditions.
Where applicable, these conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Refunds for purchases made using gift cards or store credits will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment terms.

- •Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be declined
